I believe we all have “our number” on the scale because all of us come in different shapes, sizes and from different cultures. Someone else’s 120 is not the same as my 120. We have found “our number” when we are at our “healthy” best. Health comes from “our choices” not from “our number.” It comes from the foods we choose to eat, the “movements” we choose to incorporate into our lives, and the relationships we choose to build. My journey to a good, healthy life has been in search of “my number” and my passion now is to teach and encourage others, like you, to do the same.
“To live a full, happy and healthy life is to live life not in deprivation but in joy.” Emy Fernandez, MBA, Life & Heath Coach
Emy Fernandez, MBA
Life and Health Coach
Emy Fernandez, studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During her training she developed the passion and focus on becoming a Life and Health Coach and now teaches others the art of balanced living, eating and exercise. This journey has provided the support she needed by improving her own health and the health of her clients while leading the way to a continuous lifestylechange.
As Emy began to change her mindset, developed coping skills, and began to apply a holistic approach to her own life, she began to apply Bioindividuality as the treatment theory in working with her clients. One in which encompasses each unique individual’s body type, nutritional
composition and lifestyle.
Emy Fernandez has worked with women and men who struggle with stressful work environments, bad eating habits and are in search of finding their “work life balance” in order to reach their overall well-being. Having worked in the legal field over 30 years, she earned an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from Barry University and also has a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University. With her personal experience of being exposed to a “high stress” environment, she is able to relate to her clients and guide them in order to achieve their personal lifestyle and nutritional goals.
Each client receives a tailored program and will learn how to “crowd out the bad stuff” while integrating “whole” foods into their diet, as well as creating a customized plan for their professional goals and dreams. Through this detailed plan and her support, you will be able to
confidently navigate through your own journey in order to create the life that you want.
