I believe that we can heal by choosing the story of our lives, the one that brings out the best in ourselves.

We can choose how to perceive and react to the circumstances in our life and grow from them.

There are many circumstances that may challenge a family or individual:

  • Separation or Divorce
  • Heath Problems
  • Behavior & Academic Issues
  • Work or Career Concerns
  • Adolescence
  • Parenting
  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Stress & Anger

Mrs. Garcia-Pi believes that most people and families can benefit from the support of a professional relationship. Psychotherapy facilitates the understanding to nurture personal growth from challenging circumstances. Once we increase self-awareness and are exposed to alternative views, we can choose and experience more effective and satisfying ways to perceive ourselves and interact.
