I believe that it takes strength and courage to seek therapy. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore attitudes and beliefs /patterns which get in the way of accomplishing your full potential and engaging fully in your life. Entering therapy is a bold, brave step. Most people who have been struggling have tried everything they know to feel better. Asking for support from a therapist marks a turning point.

"The best we can do with the future is prepare and savor the possibilities of what can be done in the present." - Todd Kashadan
