I take a more sustainable approach with my “non-diet” diet. My approach is about eating in the real world. How do you deal with situations (such as holiday dinners or a work event buffet table) where menu choices are out of your control? How do you make time in a stressful work environment to carve out time to sit and eat?
More often than not we tend not to listen to our body’s needs. You will learn how to trust your body and let it guide you to the foods choices that will best support your health without using individual meal plans, and calorie or point counting.

And Who Am I?
Having worked in the legal industry over 30 years and earning my Master in Business Administration while raising three children, I know first-hand how devastating years of a stressful work environment and the responsibility of raising a family can be on both the body and the mind.
Knowing I had to make some radical changes to improve my own health, I began my journey by changing my mindset from immediate gratification to get me through my stressful day, to looking at living my life through a more integrated desirable approach that made me feel great in body and mind in spite of my stressful work environment and years of personal neglect.
This journey took me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I became an expert in the art of balanced eating habits and exercise. This journey has provided the support I needed which has led to a continuous lifestyle change. I understand what your life feels like and the changes that may help. My passion now is to work with others who want to do the same.
