Don't let the struggle become your identity. Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go, they merely determine where you start. My goal is to help my clients to replace unhealthy coping skills, encourage a healthy sense of self, and promote a lifestyle full of satisfying relationships & experiences.  My treatment approach is collaborative and relational working with clients to discover the most helpful ways to discuss and solve their problems. I help clients rediscover their strengths, gain insight and achieve healthy lasting changes.

"Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness, it's the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing the light will shine again." Author Unknown
