How often have you decided you would start a new lifestyle on Monday, at the beginning of the month, or on January 1st? Most do this – you make big plans to do everything differently. Then what?

  • You will be in top shape, eating healthy, exercising 5 times a week;
  • Spending quality time with friends and family; or
  • Finally, finish this project that you have been postponing for a while.

But a few days into it, you notice the drive is not the same, you are running out of energy, and everything goes back to the way it was before.woman with paint brush looking at a blank canvas

Why does this happen? The answer is simple and complex at the same time. All you need is to stay focused to be successful. Focused means paying attention to what matters to you, your inner voice. But how to make staying focused a habit? Being focused is a skill that needs to be learned. Knowing how to stay focused will make your inner motivation your priority and leave behind all the external attention seekers, making you feel overwhelmed and stuck.

It is like going to the gym, the more you go, the easier it becomes. Having a trainer helps you achieve success faster and more efficiently by working on specific muscles.

The coach is like the trainer, but working with your thoughts and mental muscles, assisting you in paying attention to what matters and staying focused on getting there.
