Journey into 2022

With the start of a New Year, many of us take the time to set goals and resolutions on how we can be better and do better – New Year, New You.

But instead, what if it’s not about a New You? What if it’s about a New Journey?

What if it’s about goals and resolutions to continue moving us forward from where we are? What if it’s about saying thank you and goodbye to the old and hello to the new?

Not because we’re unhappy with who we are, not because we’re unhappy with our lives. But, because we’re happy and believe we can benefit from having a plan for moving forward in the New Year.

We can review the past year. What went well? What could we have done better?

I take the first week of the year after the Holiday rush and festivities to review my year. I review the areas of my life that are most important to me.

  • How did I do as a wife?
  • How did I do as a mother and grandmother?
  • How did I do as a friend?
  • How did I do in service for my clients?
  • How did I do in service for me?

I then look at other areas of life to see which I want to incorporate into mine.  For me, I would like to add more spirituality in 2022.

I then create

A plan to make changes in areas where there is room for growth.

A plan to make changes to habits I’ve outgrown.

A map to guide me through 2022.

Where is your map taking you in 2022?
