Imposter Syndrome

 

We are very excited to introduce in this episode, Dr. Anne Rothenberg, Child Psychologist.  She and Gabriela Reyes, MFT, discuss imposter syndrome, common among psychologists and mental health therapists.  They discuss the various instances where the thoughts of fraud and imposter syndrome come up.  Dr. Rothenberg gives tips on how to overcome your negative thoughts as a clinician to be able to serve people without your thoughts interfering with your service to others.  They discuss how as you reach “expert” level, you never feel that you know enough.
