Making Time for Sex

In this episode, Emy and Gabi discuss making time for sex with Nicole Herdocia-Oria, RMFT. They dig in deep around intimacy issues, including stopping to make time for sex. The more time we make, not only for the relationship but also for ourselves, the stress around the relationship also reduces.

They also discuss lingerie and body image. They discuss how sometimes having sex feels like hard work. Emy adds changing your negative thoughts around it to more positive thinking around it and focusing on the benefits of it instead by looking forward to the sex rather than just focusing on the scheduling.
