She explains what happens mentally to athletes when they are no longer playing. She discusses how they feel disconnected in life and the necessity of having a plan B. Courtney further explains how you can be someone who not only loves the game but enjoys playing it for fun. She also discusses the mental difference between the high-performance player and the one that plays for fun. They also discuss the importance of their clients checking in with themselves on time off, sleep, going out with friends.
