Life can feel overwhelming when you’re constantly trying to meet everyone’s expectations while losing touch with your own needs in the process. Many women find themselves carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, relationship stress, motherhood, career demands, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” Anastasiya Rusilka provides a supportive and empowering space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin creating a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

With dual master’s degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NLU, along with certification as an ICF Life Coach, Anastasiya blends clinical expertise with warmth, insight, and compassion. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, nervous regulation techniques, mindfulness practices, positive psychology, and person-centered therapy to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, let go of the “false selves” they’ve developed to survive, and reconnect with who they truly are.

As a mother of three, Anastasiya deeply understands the complexities of modern womanhood, conscious parenting, and the importance of self-care. She is passionate about helping women – especially mothers – build resilience, strengthen self-worth, and navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally depleted, navigating a major life change, or simply longing to feel like yourself again, Anastasiya will walk alongside you with empathy and practical guidance so you can heal, grow, and move forward with renewed confidence and purpose.
