I believe that true change occurs from the inside-out, and the therapy journey is a beautiful way to achieve such change. Helping others understand themselves better, resulting in effective flourishment is a passion of mine. We all deserve to live our lives by being our most true and authentic selves by allowing ourselves to experience positive emotions, be more engaged, enhance our relationships, applying proper meaning to our lives, and reaching a healthy sense of accomplishment. I believe that we all can achieve this.
“When you allow your pain to come to the surface, it can be released. This is when true change begins”- Carlos Escanilla, LMHC
