Life and Wellness Coach
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the States.
I love Thanksgiving for a few reasons:
1. It kicks off the Holiday season;
2. It’s an opportunity to see friends and family; and
3. It’s a time for Gratitude, before jumping into the year-end holidays and festivities.
It’s a time that I make sure I tell my loved ones that I’m grateful for them. Although we don’t need a special holiday to be grateful, it does make us pause and be intentional on this day with our love and gratitude.
So me first –
I am grateful for a man that married me and my three kids.
I am grateful for my daughters and my son.
I am grateful for my daughter-in-law.
I am grateful for my grandsons.
I am grateful for my sister and my brother.
I am grateful for my sisters-in-law and my brothers-in-law.
I am grateful for my nieces and nephews.
I am grateful for my large family.
I am grateful for my friends – especially my girlfriends – who are always so supportive.
I am grateful for my clients.
I am grateful for my doctors who saved my life.
I am grateful for another year.
And, I am grateful for me.
Now your turn…what are you grateful for?
