However, many societies tend to foster the suppression of emotions, which can have a detrimental effect on emotional health. This can have serious consequences and can lead to a range of mental health issues.

4. Self-care: This can include things like getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in activities that you enjoy.
5. Meditation: Meditation involves focusing your attention on the present moment without judgment. Practicing meditation can help you become more aware of your emotions and increase your ability to manage them in a healthy way.
